Please note, your request will not be processed until payment is received. Once you submit your request, an event coordinator will contact you for payment. We accept American Express, M/C, Visa and Discover.

Once payment is received, you will also receive an exhibitor follow-up email with expo details, exhibiting tips & more. Booth assignments will be confirmed  by December 31, 2017.

Exhibit Promotion Information

Description: Please describe briefly the services products, and /or demonstrations you will provide at your booth in 25 words or less. This information may be used for promotional purposes. 

Exhibitor Business Name: Your business name to be used for Website, Program listing, Badges, and a booth sign if you have purchased a booth. Maximum 50 characters & spaces or less.

Exhibitor Names: You may have up to 4 people per booth. You may enter the names of the people who will be in your space. If you do not know all names now, just leave the remaining names blank.

Door Prize: Door Prizes are an excellent way of collecting information on attendees that are interested in your product or services. We encourage each exhibitor to contribute a door prize to the Expo's "Pick from the Garden of Health" Door Prize table. We facilitate a large promotional campaign focused on this opportunity to win products and services while attending the event. Door Prizes can be mailed by March 1, 2018, to Holistic Health Expo at P.O. Box 945, Destin FL 32540 or emailed to Service@ECHHExpo.com or brought to the Expo Saturday by 9:00 a.m. Note: Names are drawn every 15 minutes and that participants must be present to win. Attendees check their winning numbers throughout the day. We will notify exhibitors within 24 hours with the winner's name and contact information.  We also encouraged exhibitors to provide booth samples and giveaways as a method for collecting valuable information on potential clients.  This will help draw attention to your booth. Let attendees know when you will be selecting the winners. For registered Exhibitors, we provide information on enhancing your marketing results with samples and giveaways.
